Teacher Development Work
Marisa is a TEFL Teacher Educator who runs CELT Athens, a Teacher Development centre based in Athens, Greece. She train teachers face-to-face as well as online. Hercourses include the Cambridge CELTA and DELTA (also offered online) and a range of Moodle courses on ICT for ELT, ELT Management and Young Learners. Read more about Marisa here. Language Teaching Her centre offers a variety of courses in English, from general purpose classes to tailor made courses for Business English. Volunteer Work Marisa does a lot of volunteer work for ELT, sharing through Facebook and Twitter and maintaining & supporting many different online communities. She is one of the moderators of #ELTchat, a weekly hashtagged discussion on Twitter shortlisted for an ELTons Award for Innovation in Teacher Resources in 2012.
